i am really surprised that you are here asking these questions again and again even after many people telling that we do not support illegal activities. I am not sure which part of it you dont understand. IF you are expecting sympathy for your illegal activities, you have come to the wrong place my friend. Please re-read above answers from other members telling you to contact a lawyer. Reason you are in a hard situation now is because you have taken some wrong steps in the past knowingly or unknowingly. So, please do not expect any short cut solutions for your problems here or for that matter anywhere else. That will only land you in more trouble.

Do you guys see what happens after January 2nd (or after 6 months of receipt date)....Most of the contractors (who applied their 485 in july) will look for permanent job OR demand more money from their employers...OR more benefits from employer. Employers try to be calm and don't conflict with us. What do u guys think??

Is it going to be tough for desi consultants to earn more money by placing their employees as consultants? Because there are already so many people ready to do permanent job.

Personally I feel the most disgusting of all the provisions is country quota. Why the hec should 2 employees in excat same situation be discriminated because of country of birth ?

I used to reformat my CF card when I put it in the camera. But I started getting card read errors from Lightroom, when in fact the files were readable. This may have been strictly a Mac issue, but once I stopped reformatting the card each time the errors stopped occuring.

Just my $0.02 worth on formatting.

but is there any text associated?

This is my understanding, when I look the 140 form...

You can either look into 'Part2 (Petition Type)' what is applied for when you file, OR you can look 'Classification' under "FOR CIS USE ONLY', where the CIS officer will approve what you checked in 'Petition Type'...
