Once upon a time I would've been very happy to hear that Danny Elfman is probably scoring The Hunger Games, but his music's been so generic for so long I can hardly manage a shrug. But it does make me think that in exchange for his seventieth soundtrack derivative of Beetlejuice his wife Bridget Fonda should be forced to unretire and take a role in one of the future Hunger Games films. What characters are left? Coin maybe? Mmm I dunno if Fonda's right for Coin. But maybe Wiress? Ooh! Yes please.
